Transcription: When you're relaxed, your body is able to withstand a lot more. I think when I get myself in a state and I become anxious, then I think it does something to your immune system. So, and I tend to be like that. So using the visualization and the relaxation for me, I think it helps. And if I'm worried about something and I'm getting anxious, I can start doing my deep breathing exercises and I gradually will get calm. This is something I would never have thought of doing years ago.
